Green Smoothie Queen - Day 3

This is just a quick post because I have to get to bed early. Bob and I are leaving town tomorrow morning, and this will probably be my last post until Monday.

This was the last day of the Green Smoothie Queen 3-Day Challenge. I feel more jovial than I had in the past several weeks, but I'm not sure that I did too much detoxing. I did not have any symptoms really. Still... I do feel more focussed and am ready to face the world again!!! [grin]

I made all of my smoothies first thing in the morning today so I did not have to worry about them throughout the day. I didn't make anything new. I made two BBC Smoothies with added greens, one for breakfast, and one for dinner. For lunch I had the Tropical Green Smoothie that I had yesterday... but I added some goji berries to it for an extra boost.

I hope everyone that was doing this Green Smoothie Queen Challenge enjoyed it. If you missed this one, I believe there will be another sometime around April. I'll let you know!!! [grin]

Congrats on making it through the three days! Love the photos, and everytime I see a Pommello in the supermarket, makes me think of you. And, btw, I like your dates better than mine!

Hi Kathy!

Since you think the medool dates taste better, I will stop looking for the kind you were getting. (I couldn't find them at the stores here, anyhow!)

I love your blog, very inspiring. This is the best way to keep healthy, and all the recipes are compatible with the seignalet diet.
Thanks for sharing

Keely, will you dress as a green smoothie or a green smoothie queen? Either way, I want to see it!

Big HUgs!

Keely said...

Ha! I will NOT be dressing like a giant green smoothie, Connie! I was referring to my green witch make-up!!! [grin]

Wow!!! I just got back from looking at the blog, Dieta Seignalet! It is beautifully done and the food looks absolutely wonderous. If you can read Spanish, head on over there! I, alas, cannot. [sigh]

Thanks for stopping by dietaseignalet!!!

Hi Keely:

I just noticed you left a couple of comments on my blog quite a few weeks ago.

We've been in Costa Rica since December 15th so that's why I haven't been blogging. However, I started the Master Cleanse on Monday so I'm blogging again.

Not really knowing what I was doing, I left a comment to you on my own blog, dah, and I don't know how to get rid of it. Although now that I'm looking at your comments I see you've put comments here. I'll get the hang of this soon.

Oh btw, my husband's name is Bob too and he's planning to start the cleanse on Friday.
