Doesn't that just make your mouth water? It is called Pineapple Passion Fruit Salad, but alas... I could find no passion fruits to lend their seeds to this wonderful dish! I made this for Bob and I about a week and a half ago following a recipe by Heidi and JS of Raw Food, Right Now! You can find the recipe in their Raw Easter e-book!

I have to admit, I was quite pleased with the way the picture came out. I honestly was using it as my desktop, but it looked so enticing, I was always drooling!!! [grin]
